one of my favourite cookies of all time is the humble cornflake cookies. It is neither too sweet nor too salty, crunchy and chewy with the addition of raisins in the batter.The fragrance that emits from the kitchen each time the cookies are baked is intoxicating. These were made at about 10 pm. Although tired, I was truly satisfied with the outcome of this cookie.
