Yummy egg tarts. This use to be my all time childhood favourite treat. Buttery and sunny looking, this never fails to entice people towards the simple custard filling and crumbly buttery crust.

Am having a bad day and decided just to look at all the pictures of all the goodies you make to make myself feel better. Turns out - it works! wish you lived in Colombo, Sri Lanka and i could eat this stuff whenever i wanted! Love Sha
