A couple of months back I made some vanilla dots, need to get the pictures from Nadia. This is the chocolate version. Was deciding whether to put in a rich chocolate filling but decided against it. Instead, I used my trusty raspberry cream recipe and filled the chocolate choux pastry. They turned out really nice! Best of all, they are bite size!
