Yes this is the ultimate in cupcake-dom. My younger sister got me this gigantic cupcake mould from the US and finally I got a chance to bake this. A butter blackcurrant cake for a friend's birthday. Although it looks like the top of the cupcake is filled with just buttercream, it is not. It is actually cake underneath with just a topping of buttercream. A very clever mould it is. perfect for a large crowd, fitting for those who like buttercream and for those who don't. Happy Birthday Venee!
