Wedding Cake in the making

I have got an order for a wedding cake this weekend. A fun yellow one ( a nice change from pink:)) This is the upper level in progress. Am excited to see the finished product.

Panda Bear

A special request from a mum of a 3-year old for an orange coloured birthday cake with a panda on top. Simple but very cute! Happy Birthday Justin! Apologise for the shadow in the picture.

Whimsical Chocolate Cake

It's been awhile since I last updated to blog....... have been busy with work and more work. Anyways, here's a cake I made for a little girl who wanted butterflies on her cake. Since she wanted a chocolate cake, this was the design I could come up with.

Experimenting with Design

I have not been feeling too well the past few days. In order to take my mind off the cough and cold, I decided to occupy my mind with some designs for cakes. :) These were not perfectly square as I had to stack the layers of thin styrofoam to achieve the desired height. I later discovered that there is such a thing as a styrofoam cutter to ease the cutting process....
