Merry Christmas 2010

One more wedding request to go and it is the end of the baking year for me. A few weeks of not entering into the kitchen, chilling before the start of the new year begins. Merry christmas to all and a happy new year!

Christmas Cookies

I have not been updating my blog too often these days simply because I have been very busy with loads of stuff. I am still baking but most are repeat orders so did not want to keep posting the same pictures.

A couple of friends wanted christmas cookies.These were so fun to make. Christmas trees and gingerbread men:) Love them! Merry Christmas to everyone!

Christmas Time

My favourite time of the year..... holidays and candy canes.. love it! As I had a few request for christmas cupcakes.... I decided to come up with some designs. I tried moving away from the dark red and dark green but somehow, was led back to those traditional christmas colours.... at least for one cupcake:)

Revealing the christmas chiffon for christmas 2008. Christmas brings warmth and joy, these are the emotions evoked from this cake. The warmth of cinnamon and the joy of chocolate in this cake. Fantastic!

Birthday Chiffon

It has been again incredibly difficult to load pictures onto blogspot. Apologies for the delay in updates.

This is a request for a "light" birthday cake that will go well with coffee. There's not better option than the Chocolate Chip Cinnamon chiffon cake. NO icing so for those who are not icing fans, this is perfect! The smell of cinnamon is irristable. I think I will turn this into one of my christmas collection.
