Blueberry Muffins

My sis recently sent me a new blog filled with tempting recipes. The best way to find out whether the pictures posted on the blog are as good as it looks is to try out the recipes. I tried out the simplest of the lot, blueberry muffins. The taste was superb, only thing I need to make them a little higher. Drizzled some white chocolate on top. They were yummy....fresh blueberries bursting with flavour!

A cake fit for a little Princess

I got cracking on this cake towards the end of last week. I finally came up with an idea of a tiara...... I am glad the little girl liked it:)

Wedding ~ 30 June 2007

The finished wedding cake for the wedding last Saturday. And also some cupcakes which the couple ordered for dessert. A lot of fun but a lot of work as well:)
