CROCS....

hehehehhe I have always been fascinated with crocodiles.....the many hours I have spent sitting in front of the tv watching animal planet...... anyways, my sister got me these animal cookie cutters from Australia sometime last year and I had not gotten down to using them. I found this shortbread recipe and these turned out superb!

Finally I have got a new picture to post....... I made this simple yet elegant wedding cake for my friend's wedding on Saturday. The bride suggested having 3 tiers alternante square and round cakes. The base was a rich chocolate cake. It was really satisfying seeing the whole thing come together. Her theme colour was maroon and white. Lovely!
