I was asked to bake some vanilla cupcakes for a friend and I decided to experiment with making some coffee ones. This turned out to be nice for a tea time treat. I call it "Coffee Dreams" becuase of the dreamy cloud of whipped white chocolate ganache topped on top of the coffee butter cupcake. The ganache turned out light and fluffy. The cupcake is topped with some cookie crumbs to add character to it. I like it!
